Chassis AR 1900C 01020, engine AR 1308 00265. Desirable early first-series Touring design. One of a handful of examples delivered new to the United States. Finished in light grey / blue with medium blue leather to the interior. Supplied new on May 9th of 1952 to Pennsylvania, in the United States, with original black color (source Alfa Romeo Storico). Next, it is reported to have been in Florida around 1970, and then, in 1971, it was subsequently acquired by an electrician named Donn Booth, from Cortland, New York. Booth had intentions of restoring the car, but it ultimately sat in his shop for 25 years. This car was the subject of a three-year-plus nut-and-bolt restoration by noted Italian car specialists Restoration and Performance Motors in Vergennes, Vermont. No component was neglected, from a bottom-up engine rebuild, which included the transmission and suspension, and an update to the interior and trim, to the 12-coat final finish. Each step was exhaustively researched for authenticity. Although the 1900C featured the shift lever on the steering column, it was a popular period modification to relocate it as a floor shift which is present. This car is equipped as such, adding to the owner’s driving pleasure. It has been shown at the Amelia Island Concours, and it is also a two-time Best of Show winner at the Saratoga Automobile Museum Concours, in addition to the other accolades that it has received. Imported to Europe since then, the car has received an additional service and engine tuning with high lift camshaft propelling the engine at 120 bhp. Eligible for the Mille Miglia as well as many other prestigious rallies. One of only approximately 30 known examples to be existing today. Available immediately. European registered.

After a transaction between a buyer and a seller, fa-automobile.com declines any responsibility for the direct or indirect consequences, and problems mentioned above, since the payment was made directly between the buyer and the seller.
Moreover, given the number of cars, fa-automobile.com can not in any case know at a given moment, if the car is still available at the moment the site is visited by a buyer.
The update depends only on the depositor by warning fa-automobile.com. The photos provided by the seller remain the property of our site without time limit (approved by the depositor when depositing his car). As soon as you informed us of the sale of the vehicle by email, the car was sold '' in minimum information (without chassis number).
